I started in real estate in 1999. Twenty-seven years later, I have sold homes all over North Tahoe and Truckee — Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, Tahoma, Dollar Point, Tahoe Donner, Old Greenwood.
But I kept seeing the same problem: out-of-area owners who needed someone local to handle everything. A pipe bursts in January and they are in San Francisco. The deck needs staining and they do not know who to call. They are doing a remodel and cannot be on site.
So I built TR Tahoe. Same local knowledge, same contractor relationships — but focused on care, maintenance, and project management rather than buying and selling.
I work for you, not the contractor.
You get one person who knows your property, knows the contractors, knows the inspectors, knows the weather patterns, knows when the snow load is dangerous and when it is fine. Everything flows through me. You do not coordinate with anyone else.
I live in Carnelian Bay. I am usually on a job site during the day — text or email works best. If it is urgent, call and I will pick up.
